In the current society, we find that many individuals are overweight, obese and occasionally morbidly obese. We certainly have received to come to the realization that it is imperative that people commenced the fight of taking backside our lives and defeating our submission to food and unhealthy habits.
The food that we eat is supposed for nutrients not for us to eat ourselves to sickness and ailment. As we have progressed as a country so has our lifestyles, living habits and eating habits. In many ways the life span that we live as Americans can be a double stinging sword…. think about it, we have the luxury of freedom to do things to the bears desire, even if this means destroying our health. Real truth to tell this, OVERWEIGHT IS KILLING US….
Diet and health maintenance are incredibly important and really should be top priority on everyone’s list! Many of us suffer from persistent illnesses like hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, and diabetes just to name a few and almost all of the time; we are diagnosed months, sometimes years after the disease has begun to take its course.
This is why taking control of your health is really important. Just stated, prevention is the key! Prevention may be as simple as eating a generous amount of antioxidants on a daily basis. Antioxidants are any substance that reduces oxidative damage caused by free radicals. Oxidative damage occurs all around us, for instance, the instant discoloring of a sliced apple or the rusting associated with an iron pipe.
