Can I pause or transfer my package to someone else?

Packages are designed just for you and can’t be transferred. If life happens and you need to pause, we’ll do our best to reschedule so you stay on track.

Labs & Testing

Are labs included in my package?

Yes. Your package includes the labs we specifically order for hormone, metabolic, and nutritional health.

What if I already had labs done with another provider?

You are welcome to upload recent results into your patient portal, but we often test for markers your provider didn’t include. Additional labs are usually needed.

Do you accept outside lab orders?

We only accept results from certified labs. Uploads are for tracking, but your care plan is based on the labs we order.

Where do you see patients?

All visits are virtual, accessible wherever you are in Texas, with in-person appointments available by request.

Start with the Discovery Package. Once you purchase, we’ll walk you through the whole process of creating your account in Healthie, completing the intake form, getting labs drawn, and scheduling your consult.
