Do I need to complete the Discovery Package first?

Yes. Every treatment begins with the Discovery Package so we can review labs, understand your unique health picture, and design a personalized plan that actually works.

How long will treatment take before I feel better?

Most women start noticing improvements within the first few weeks, but full treatment typically lasts 3–4 months before transitioning into a maintenance phase.

What if I already had labs done with my provider?

 You’re welcome to upload those into the portal. However, most providers don’t run the comprehensive biomarkers we include, so new labs are necessary to fill in the gaps.

 Is this treatment covered by insurance?

No, this is a direct-pay model and insurance is not accepted. We also do not accept HSA/FSA cards at this time.

Do you offer refunds if I change my mind?

 Due to the personalized nature of care and lab testing, we don’t offer refunds once services have started. We’re committed to supporting you throughout the process.

Who is this program best for?

Women struggling with unresolved symptoms like fatigue, weight changes, hormone imbalance, or hair loss who want a root-cause, personalized approach—not a quick fix.

Can I upload previous labs, supplement lists, or medical history?

Yes. You’ll have a secure patient portal to upload prior results. This helps us track your progress, but we’ll still order the specific labs needed for your plan.

What does the full care journey look like?

We start with the Discovery Package to identify the root causes of your symptoms. Then, you move into a 3–4 month treatment package to resolve issues and restore balance. Afterward, patients typically shift into a 6–12 month high-level maintenance plan for continued progress. Once you’re fully optimized, you’ll transition into a low-level maintenance plan with just an annual check-in.
